Mr. Rajdev was called to the Bar in 2001. He joined the firm as a legal assistant in 2009 and was admitted as a partner in August 2014. His area of expertise is in litigation, having experience in litigating matters relating to conduct law, hire purchase law, banking law, bankruptcy law, company law, accident matters, matters relating to tort, debt recovery for goods sold and delivered and services rendered, and general litigation, including intricate claims involving injunctions, declaratory relief, appellate matters etc.
